The first thing that parents and kids notice when they walk into a school is the overall atmosphere. How common spaces run affects the entire culture of learning.
Common Spaces Consulting can include a full-day workshop highlighting the how-tos and the important components of creating positive change in the common spaces. After the session, support is provided with implementation, on-site coaching, and follow-up reflection and refinement sessions.

Teacher Coaching
Teachers receive a 35-minute coaching session highlighting areas of strength and includes possible suggestions. Coaching sessions are made up of a 15 minutes observation and 20-minute immediate practical feedback session.
Principal, Mentor, and Teacher Leader Coaching
School leaders receive a 40-minute coaching session to reinforce and refine communication skills after a “job-shadowing.” This observation is followed by a 20-minute debriefing to support development of desired skills.
